Q How long it takes to receive the goods purchased and how much the shipping costs?

A It varies by state and therefore please allow 7-10  business days to receive the items you ordered. Shipping is free at this time.

Q Can I return unwanted items?

A Yes, you can return if you are not 100% satisfied with our product(s) as long as the item(s) is/are unused with the tag(s) attached (if applies), unopened or opened and damaged. The item(s) need to be returned within 14 days from the day of placing the order in order to receive a credit/exchange. Shipping needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer. To request a return, please send us an e-mail to returns@askdexter.org. Please include your name, phone number and order number.

A Pet Help is a new concept that we introduced to the pet community. It allows pet owners and their pets to socialize and mutually help each other out without charging any money. AskDexter.org suggests to all parties to verify that immunizations are up-to-date on all pets. In addition, pets should have compatible personalities. Please beware of agressive or dangerous pets.
